Our one-day flake system is the fastest way to permanently upgrade a garage, workshop or patio slab. We grind, repair, base coat, broadcast vinyl flake and seal the floor in one working day using fast-cure polyaspartic chemistry. Most clients walk on the floor that evening and park on it the next day.
The finished surface is a full flake broadcast — not a thin painted-on coating from a big-box kit. The chip layer adds thickness, hides slab imperfections and creates a naturally textured, slip-resistant surface that stays safe when wet. Choose from dozens of chip blends to match your home or brand.
Because the system is UV stable, it will not yellow under Florida sun in an open garage bay or covered patio. It also shrugs off hot-tire pickup, dropped tools, road salt, fertilizer and automotive fluids — the things that destroy standard garage paint within a season or two.
Speed does not mean shortcuts. We still diamond grind the concrete, repair cracks and control moisture before any coating goes down, because adhesion failures almost always trace back to skipped prep.
