One-Day Flake Floor Coatings For Middleburg Homes And Businesses
One-Day Flake Floor Coatings is one of our most requested systems in Middleburg, FL, and it is installed by our own crew out of Lake City — never subcontracted. Our one-day flake system is the fastest way to permanently upgrade a garage, workshop or patio slab. We grind, repair, base coat, broadcast vinyl flake and seal the floor in one working day using fast-cure polyaspartic chemistry. Most clients walk on the floor that evening and park on it the next day.
Middleburg properties tend to be larger, with detached workshops, barns, RV pads and oversized garages. Those are exactly the spaces that benefit most from a hard-wearing coating instead of bare, dusting concrete.
Every Middleburg project starts with mechanical prep. We diamond-grind the slab, cut out failed coatings and sealers, repair cracks, spalls and pitting, and moisture-test before any resin goes down. That prep is what separates a one-day flake floor that lasts in Clay County heat and humidity from one that peels in a season.
We serve Middleburg, Lake Asbury, Penney Farms and the surrounding rural Clay County area, including outbuildings and barns well off the main road. You get one written price covering prep, materials and cleanup, a crew that protects the rest of the property, and a walkthrough with simple care instructions before we leave.
