Flexible Polyurea Coatings For Slabs That Move And Work Hard
Polyurea coatings bond deeply into prepared concrete and cure into a flexible, waterproof membrane. That elasticity matters in Florida, where slabs expand, contract and take on moisture with the seasons — a rigid coating can crack along with the concrete, while polyurea moves with it.
We recommend polyurea for pool decks, covered patios, boat storage, wash bays, ramps and any slab that gets wet regularly. It is equally at home in workshops and warehouses that need chemical resistance and impact tolerance.
The system is UV stable and available in solid colors or as a clear topcoat over flake and metallic finishes. Anti-slip additives are standard on our exterior and wet-area installations.
Every project includes slab moisture assessment. Where vapor drive is a concern we install a moisture-mitigating primer first, which prevents the delamination that ruins so many coating jobs in humid climates.
