Resin Flooring For St. Johns Homes And Businesses
Resin Flooring is one of our most requested systems in St. Johns, FL, and it is installed by our own crew out of Lake City — never subcontracted. Resin flooring is a poured, monolithic system with no seams, joints or grout for contaminants to collect in. That makes it the standard for commercial kitchens, food production, clinics, labs and manufacturing spaces subject to health inspections and washdown cycles.
St. Johns is one of the fastest-growing communities in Florida, full of newer homes with large three- and four-car garages sitting on bare, freshly cured concrete. That combination makes it one of our busiest markets for high-end garage floor coatings.
Every St. Johns project starts with mechanical prep. We diamond-grind the slab, cut out failed coatings and sealers, repair cracks, spalls and pitting, and moisture-test before any resin goes down. That prep is what separates a resin flooring floor that lasts in St. Johns County heat and humidity from one that peels in a season.
We serve Julington Creek, Durbin Crossing, RiverTown, Aberdeen and the surrounding CR 210 corridor, and we can coordinate with builders on new-construction timelines. You get one written price covering prep, materials and cleanup, a crew that protects the rest of the property, and a walkthrough with simple care instructions before we leave.
