Resin Flooring For Gainesville Homes And Businesses
Resin Flooring is one of our most requested systems in Gainesville, FL, and it is installed by our own crew out of Lake City — never subcontracted. Resin flooring is a poured, monolithic system with no seams, joints or grout for contaminants to collect in. That makes it the standard for commercial kitchens, food production, clinics, labs and manufacturing spaces subject to health inspections and washdown cycles.
Gainesville keeps us busy with a mix of rental property owners, medical and veterinary offices, student housing managers and homeowners upgrading garages and patios. Each of those clients needs something different, and we specify the coating system around the actual traffic the floor will see.
Every Gainesville project starts with mechanical prep. We diamond-grind the slab, cut out failed coatings and sealers, repair cracks, spalls and pitting, and moisture-test before any resin goes down. That prep is what separates a resin flooring floor that lasts in Alachua County heat and humidity from one that peels in a season.
We regularly work across northwest Gainesville, Haile Plantation, Tioga and the Archer Road commercial corridor, and we schedule commercial installs after hours to avoid disrupting patients and customers. You get one written price covering prep, materials and cleanup, a crew that protects the rest of the property, and a walkthrough with simple care instructions before we leave.
