Metallic Epoxy Flooring For Lake City Homes And Businesses
Metallic Epoxy Flooring is one of our most requested systems in Lake City, FL, and it is installed by our own crew out of Lake City — never subcontracted. Metallic epoxy flooring is the most dramatic surface we install. Pigmented metallic additives are floated into a slow-cure epoxy pour, creating depth, movement and reflection that no tile, laminate or stained slab can imitate. Every pour is unique, so the floor in your garage, showroom or basement will never be repeated on another job.
Lake City is home for us. Our office sits on 29th Road, and a large share of the garages, patios and business floors we coat are within a few minutes' drive — which means faster estimates, easier follow-ups and a contractor you can actually find when you need us.
Every Lake City project starts with mechanical prep. We diamond-grind the slab, cut out failed coatings and sealers, repair cracks, spalls and pitting, and moisture-test before any resin goes down. That prep is what separates a metallic epoxy floor that lasts in Columbia County heat and humidity from one that peels in a season.
From older slabs in the historic downtown neighborhoods to new construction out toward Branford Highway and US 90, we have coated nearly every type of concrete Lake City has. You get one written price covering prep, materials and cleanup, a crew that protects the rest of the property, and a walkthrough with simple care instructions before we leave.
